Solution
Shipment visibility that tells the truth, not a dashboard that guesses
For: Ops and customer teams who answer “where is my container?” all day
Most tracking tools are confident and wrong. They paint a box “100% complete” before it has sailed, stamp an ETA that never moves, and leave your customer team to find out the hard way.
A milestone is “done” only when an event says so
TrackingMCP draws the timeline from the carrier’s own events, normalised to the DCSA standard. A milestone reads as reached only when an actual event backs it. “No data yet” looks different from “nothing happened” — because they are different, and your customer can tell.
ETAs predicted from real delay
The arrival date is computed from the delay we actually observe on the lane and the vessel, reconciled with the carrier’s estimate and the live AIS position. When it moves, it moves for a reason you can pass on:
- A congested port of discharge.
- A transshipment that ran late.
- A vessel holding off the berth.
One answer, everywhere you work
The same truthful status is available as an MCP tool an assistant can read aloud, a REST call your TMS can make, and a webhook that pushes the change. Your customer-facing answer and your internal answer are finally the same answer.
